Production Processes and Preparation Time The business cards, pocket folders, brochures, and all other printed products you order are carefully produced to ensure the highest printing quality. The production time for each product (e.g., between 3 and 5 business days) is specified on the product details page. Once production is complete, your order is handed over to the shipping company.

Shipping and Delivery Time Once your orders are completed, they are handed over to our contracted shipping companies. Delivery times throughout Turkey generally vary between 1 and 3 business days, depending on your province and district. Shipping companies do not make deliveries on official holidays and weekends.

Shipping Fees and Promotions Free shipping campaigns may apply to your purchases over a certain amount at Baskist.com. Current shipping fees are clearly displayed on the payment page according to your cart total.

Order Tracking When your order is shipped, a tracking number is sent to you via SMS or email. You can use this number to track the real-time location of your shipment.

Important Considerations During Delivery Please check your package for any damage such as crushing, tearing, or wetting while receiving your shipment, in the presence of the delivery person. If you detect any damage to the product caused by shipping, we kindly ask you to have the delivery person file a report and contact us.
